What I keep and why

I'm Diana Ray, writing as RayDi Zhe. This page is about the release-day sign-up on this site — the little form that asks for your email.

What I keep

Your email address, the date you signed up, which version of the sign-up text you agreed to, and whether you ticked “Also tell me about future books”, and which link on the page you used. Nothing else — no name, no phone, no location.

Why

To send you one email on the day What Our Souls Are Made Of comes out. If you ticked the box, also occasional news about my next books. No newsletters, no ads, and I never share or sell the list.

Where it lives

On a server I rent in the United States, with a nightly copy that is kept for 14 days. The site's visitor statistics run on the same server, without cookies and without personal data.

How long

If you didn't tick the box: until the release-day email is sent, then the address is deleted. If you did: until you unsubscribe — every email will have a one-click link — or ask me to remove you.

Your choices

Write to diana@raydizhe.com to see what I hold about you or to have it deleted. I'll answer within 30 days; the address disappears from the nightly copies within 14 days after that.

This site is meant for readers aged 16 and over.
